Starter – Burrata with a fennel, rocket & caper salad, sourdough croutons & lemon vinaigrette (v)
Main – Bavette steak with bone marrow gravy, béarnaise sauce and chimichurri, served with fries and a salad of Yorkshire leaves, herbs, flowers and cider vinaigrette.
Dessert – Sticky toffee pudding with miso butterscotch & clotted cream
