    Over the years, our family farming business has diversified to include weddings at Thirsk Lodge Barns, stays at 35 Kirkgate, seasonal food experiences from Peckish and we have some further, incredibly exciting future projects planned. Our new brand, Newsham, helps brings these together under one shared name, reflecting the people, places and values that connect everything we do.

    From 18th June, you’ll start to see the Newsham name appear alongside Thirsk Lodge Barns. For our couples, however, nothing is changing. The same venue, the same ownership, the same team and the same warm welcome remain at the heart of everything we do.

    Throughout the booking and planning process our team will be on call to help with organising your day. We have years of experience planning weddings and events, and can help recommend suppliers, advise on drinks and decorations, and answer any of those ‘not-so-sure’ questions!
