Anya's soft nature and impeccable humour puts both couples and guests at ease. She is incredibly organised, and your wedding will be seamless with Anya making sure every little detail is perfect.

Our Operations Manager Charley keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly — from supplier drop-offs and ordering stock to staffing schedules.

When not busy with admin, you can be sure to find Charley behind the bar formulating exciting new seasonal cocktail recipes for our menu.

With her knowledge of hospitality and service, you will not only find Sophie working at events, but she is also busy behind the scenes making sure things are all in check!

Milo started working at Thirsk Lodge Barns on evenings and weekends throughout his education and we are thrilled that he has now joined our Front of House team.

Totally unflappable, Milo is exactly the cool and calm presence you need on your wedding day!

As our queen of admin, you will no doubt have received an email or two from Isobel already.

As well as liaising with couples and suppliers, Isobel also manages our accommodation bookings including 35 Kirkgate, and all sorts of other goings on around the estate! When she's not at work you can find her enjoying gigs and festivals.

Chris is our ray of sunshine, popping into the barns to check invoices and delivery notes she always brings a smile with her.

She also provides the best snacks in the office to keep us all fuelled on admin days!

Abi’s incredible eye for detail and stats means she is the powerhouse behind all of our sales and marketing.

She not only runs all of our gorgeous social media, but does all of our in-house design work and website updates making sure all our lovely couples have all of the information and inspiration they could possibly need!

Driven by her care for people and supporting strong teams, Ellie brings a wealth of knowledge to keep the team always running smoothly.

Carl keeps the grounds, and gardens looking pristine; from the stripes in the lawn to the stunning roses and hydrangeas in the courtyard.

What Carl doesn't know about gardening, is not worth knowing!

A friendly face at the barns, Tom can be found moving furniture, fixing all sorts, replacing bulbs, watering plants and almost always... chatting!

Working as part of the wider estate, Mark turns his hand to many jobs including farming, painting, mowing the lawn and general repairs to keep the venue in working order!
