Join us and Blues Catering for a Valentines Evening to remember!
With a twist on their famous BBQ feasts, Blues Catering are throwing in some fusion flare and have created an amazing sharing menu for two:
To start: Boa Buns with BBQ Korean Beef and Gochujang Mayo (vegetarian option with crispy tofu instead) and Spring Rolls (either confit duck or veggie) with Hoi Sin BBQ Sauce.
Asian Fusion inspired BBQ sharing boards: King Prawn Tempura, Char Sui Pork Belly, Picanha Steak and Nam Chim.
Vegetarian Asian Fusion inspired BBQ sharing board: Vegetable Tempura, Char Sui Aubergine, BBQ Celeriac Steak and Nam Chim.
All served with pickled ginger slaw, steamed rice and blackened pak choi.
To finish: White Chocolate Mini Doughnut, Yuzu Parfait and Pistachios
