VALENTINES EVENING WITH BLUES CATERING

Join us and Blues Catering for a Valentines Evening to remember!

Blues Catering have curated a delicious menu for this romantic evening – see below for more details!!

To start there is a Mexican Fiesta of Al pastor pork tacos with charred pineapple salsa, corn ribs with chipotle mayo, chicharrons & salsa roja

This will be followed by Blue’s famous BBQ sharing boards with Texas styled beef brisket, jalapeno & cheese hot link and Blue’s fried chicken. This is all accompanied the following sides: charcoal sweet potatoes with peanut chilli salsa & feta, broccoli & courgette salad, and mac ‘n’ cheese. 

And finally a romantic sharing board of lemon & poppy seed cake, white chocolate creameux and mini meringue with lemon curd & mascarpone.

Followed by BBQ Boards with jerk aubergine and mango salsa, crispy buffalo cauliflower wings and a halloumi & roast pepper slider. This is all accompanied the following sides: charcoal sweet potatoes with peanut chilli salsa & feta, broccoli & courgette salad, and mac ‘n’ cheese. (All can be made vegan upon request)

To finish there is a romantic sharing board of lemon & poppy seed cake, white chocolate creameux and mini meringue with lemon curd & mascarpone  (This can be made vegan upon request)
