We are teaming up with Blues Catering, who specialise in traditional cooking techniques, served ‘feast-style’, including smoking and barbecuing directly over fire, to bring you’re the hottest BBQ of the Summer!
Canapés: Smoked pork belly & burnt apple, mac ‘n’ cheese bite with truffle aioli, jerk chicken tostada, guacamole & mango salsa
Starters: Barbecue pichana steak tacos with chimichurri, lime cabbage, bone marrow aioli
Mains: BBQ Boards with Texas beef brisket, hot link sausages & ox cheek barbacoa, served with charcoal sweet potatoes & fresh ‘slaw
Dessert: Chocolate & caramel mess with chocolate delice, honeycomb pieces, caramel choux bun, salted brownies

This is a lunchtime event with one sitting, but please come along earlier for a drink in our stunning courtyard beforehand. We will be open from midday.
